What's borrowed from the Akashic dashboard

  • Identity header card — tier chip + name + tagline + linear progress bar. Same visual structure as Akashic's Adventurer level 25 / resonance 4,551 / 11,960.
  • Radial polygon chart — 8 dimensions (Build / Movers / Pieces / Detail / Skins / Lights / Brains / Pack) on axes radiating from center. Concentric polygon rings as a backdrop. Inner shape colored green to show "current resource profile." Dashed outer polygon = user's quality threshold.
  • Category chips below the chart — same idiom as PHYSICAL/MENTAL/SOCIAL/CREATIVE. Ours: BUILD, MOTION, VISUAL, SCENE.
  • ESSENCES-style top-contributors row — bullet dot in dimension color, big colored number, cap as smaller tertiary text. Mirrors Akashic's Resonance/Wisdom/Creativity/Connection block.
  • COMBAT-style tile grid — every dimension gets its own colored tile with big number + tiny label. ▲ amber warning glyph on tiles approaching their threshold.

Color vocabulary (proposed lock for v3)

  • Build — accent green (creative output)
  • Movers — sky blue (motion)
  • Pieces — white (count)
  • Detail — violet (geometry density)
  • Skins — magenta (surface richness)
  • Lights — amber (illumination)
  • Brains — cyan (logic)
  • Pack — orange (owned content)
  • Locked once across BBWorlds — same color = same dimension everywhere it surfaces (footer chip / dashboard / cost-flyover / etc.).

Tier model

  • Tier 1 (always visible) — the 4-tile footer strip at the very bottom. Replaces today's LI: 38/500 · Dyn: 0/50 · Obj: 47 text line. Always-on glance.
  • Tier 2 (hover any tile) — the existing Mockup F flyover, restyled to match this color vocabulary.
  • Tier 3 (click footer / open from menu) — this entire dashboard view. Opens as an overlay, dismisses with Esc / click outside.

Why this is worth doing

  • Game-feel beats spreadsheet-feel. Builders are creative makers; the dashboard signals their craft is being measured the way a character sheet measures a hero — not the way a server admin watches CPU.
  • Color-encoded categories mean a glance reveals the profile. "My Skins are amber" reads in one tick instead of "texture_memory_bytes 64M / 80M cap → I'm at 80%."
  • Radial chart shape shows imbalance at a glance — a heavily skewed polygon tells the builder where their attention is going.
  • Same primitives, just composed in dashboard density. The tiles, charts, progress bars, and chips all use existing tokens; the visual upgrade is in arrangement + size, not new vocabulary.

Open questions for tech track / ADR-117 owner

  • Q15: Adopt this dashboard direction for ADR-117 visual chrome? UX-track recommendation: yes — the existing fill-bar approach is correct in semantics but spreadsheet-feel in chrome.
  • Q16: Lock the 8-color dimension vocabulary above? UX-track recommendation: yes — colors stay the same wherever the dimension surfaces.
  • Q17: Where does the dashboard live — its own panel (sibling to Akashic) or the Tier-3 expansion of the budget bar? UX-track preference: Tier-3 expansion, since it lives directly above the always-visible tile strip and the relationship is one-click-open / one-Esc-close.
