By accessing or using pOqpOq ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

pOqpOq is an AI-first metaverse platform that provides:

• 3D virtual world experiences with AI companions
• User-generated content creation and sharing
• Social networking and communication features
• Virtual economy and marketplace functionality
• Professional creator tools (Animator, Skinner, Terraformer)

3. Account Registration & Authentication

3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must verify your email address through our authentication system
• OAuth authentication (Google, etc.) is available and recommended

3.2 Age Verification

• All users must declare they are 18 years of age or older
• Adult content access requires additional verification via:
  • Credit card validation
  • Government-issued ID verification
  • Third-party age verification services

3.3 Account Security

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• We may suspend accounts for security reasons

4. User Conduct & Content Policies

4.1 Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Share inappropriate or offensive content
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or damage the Service
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Engage in commercial activities without permission

4.2 Content Guidelines

All user-generated content must:

• Comply with applicable maturity ratings
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Be appropriate for the intended audience
• Not contain malicious code or harmful material

4.3 Maturity Rating System

Content is classified as:

• G (General): Suitable for all users 18+
• PG (Parental Guidance): May contain mild themes
• R (Restricted): Adult content requiring age verification
• X (Adults Only): Explicit content requiring premium subscription

5. Content Moderation & Reporting

5.1 Automated Moderation

• AI systems automatically scan and rate content
• Inappropriate content may be automatically hidden or removed
• Users can adjust their content filter preferences

5.2 Community Reporting

• Users can report inappropriate content or behavior
• All reports are reviewed by human moderators
• False reports may result in account penalties

5.3 Enforcement Actions

Violations may result in:

• Content removal
• Temporary or permanent account suspension
• Loss of virtual assets or currency
• Legal action in severe cases

6. User Blocking & Privacy Controls

6.1 Blocking System

Users can block others to:

• Hide their avatar and content from view
• Prevent communication (chat, voice, etc.)
• Block interaction with their virtual property
• Remove them from shared spaces

6.2 Privacy Settings

You control:

• Who can see your profile and contact information
• Your visibility in public spaces
• Access to your virtual properties and creations
• Social features (friends, messaging, etc.)

7. Virtual Property & Economy

7.1 Virtual Assets

• You may purchase, earn, or create virtual items
• Assets you create or acquire become part of your account inventory and persist subject to your subscription tier's retention rules
• Virtual currency has no real-world monetary value
• We reserve the right to modify the virtual economy
• Virtual assets may be lost due to technical issues

7.2 User-Generated Content

• You retain ownership of your original creative works
• You grant us license to display and distribute your content
• You may sell, gift, or transfer assets you own subject to the asset's permission masks. Transfers are final and irrevocable
• We may remove content that violates these Terms

7.3 Transfer Permanence & Buyer Protection

Once an asset is transferred (via sale, gift, or permissive sharing that results in third-party placement), the transfer is permanent. Account closure, content-deletion requests, and tier changes by the original creator will not retroactively reclaim transferred assets or assets actively referenced in other users' worlds.

Personally identifiable information attached to a transferred asset (such as creator display name) remains subject to your privacy rights and may be scrubbed on request; the underlying asset content does not return to the originating account.

10. Disclaimers & Limitations

10.1 Service Availability

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Virtual worlds may experience downtime or data loss

10.2 User Interactions

• We are not responsible for user conduct or content
• Users interact with each other at their own risk
• We cannot guarantee the accuracy of user-provided information

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Some jurisdictions may not allow these limitations

We may terminate or suspend your account for:

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, the following rules apply:

• Personally identifiable information: Always honored for deletion in accordance with applicable privacy law (subject to the carve-outs in our Privacy Policy)
• Self-owned, untransferred assets: Deleted if you elect a full "delete all" wind-down; otherwise retained per your subscription tier's retention rules
• Transferred or actively-referenced assets: Persist for the benefit of recipients and other users who reference them. Your creator name and other PII attached to such assets will be scrubbed on request (creator name replaced with "[Former Creator]")
• Your access to the Service will end
• Certain provisions of these Terms will survive

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective:

• Immediately for users who accept updated Terms
• After 30 days for existing users who continue using the Service
• Material changes will be prominently notified

14. Governing Law & Disputes

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation
2. Binding arbitration (if required)

Beta testers agree to:

• Keep beta features and content confidential
• Not share access credentials with others
• Report security vulnerabilities responsibly
